I used ChatGPT AI to generate this recipe for vegan bagels. Like the banana bread recipe, I think this one turned out well. The ingredients are similar to what I use in my recipe, with only slight changes. For instance, I generally will use maple syrup or agave instead of sugar, but only as a choice, not for any monumental reasons.

Vegan Bagels

Ingredients

  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 7 g Active Dry Yeast
  • 9 g Salt
  • 300 g Warm Water

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

  • Bake the bagels in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown
  • Remove from oven and put them on a cooling rack to cool down
